How to sort a "sticking open" husky spout

i have recently bought a husky one after leaving my stihl one on a job, i had forgot how crap the husky one is : its difficult to fill, it seems to "want" to go on the wrong thread, it jams open, you pour the petrol in and the oil cap comes off covering you in oil etc etc :thumbdown:

 

A new stihl combi is at the top of my purchase list at the apf. :thumbup:

Not a good idea grinding plastic on a bench grinder, causes them to block up and explode.

 

I agree Steve, it blocks the wheel up and sort of melts the plastic away. besides if you have to resort to this this there is a manufactur problem and it is not fit for use. wouldnt buy 0one again.
