Yes it's unpleasant been wet within the first hour of the day the day and spare shirts in the cab ease the discomfort.Having said that we have had a dry year,driest on record,and compared to the last 2 summers we've got it good.I do think we are a bit soft these days.If you think you are a bit hard done to just think about our forefathers who spent weeks in trenches soaking wet through and a nice case of footrot.They didn't have a nicewarm bath waiting at the end of the day,a pie and mash supper and a pint of real ale to ease their pain.
