In the 60s you could buy a house for £4k that would be worth £200k now.

It's not an investment it's a liability. Good if you want to avoid tax but on HP a X.XX%APR you'd need that machine working 24/7.

I think it's more about c*ck swinging than utility.

 

Are you talking from experience on running a unimog?

:confused1: I went to site, me and one man, only me driving.

 

Dismantled this Lime, chipped the brash, loaded the timber and took every thing off site.

 

Please tell me of another vehicle combination that could achieve the same??

 

In reality a working machine that makes you a good return on your investment is more of an investment than your house.

 

Your comment makes you sound like a sad, bitter, little man who wants a mog, but can't afford one :thumbdown:
