Anyone managed to get their partners up in the trees?

Just wondered if anyone else has got their girlfriend/ boyfriend up into a tree yet (safely)

My girlfriend is addicted now (if only she felt the same way about me as climbing!)

 

I pre installed the rope then using a foot ascender, up she went.

Not only did I get my wife into the trees, but she carries her own saw and helps with the work. This was a big step for her seeing as how she is afraid of heights. But there is something about arb gear and training in its use that instills confidence. She really enjoys it!

Not a chance, she wont even look at piccies of me doing tree stuff, and almost divorced me when i was dangling my legs over malham cove!!!!!! noty given up, but biding my time!!!!!!!

you kidding? at work 60ft up a tree with a chainsaw running and a chipper humming sweetly in the background is the only time i get any peace, I aint taking my wife up there with me!!!

My Wife did at one point fancy having a go in the woods but came and helped my thinning some firewood one afternoon and decided it was too much like hard work - now climbing i reckon she'd be a bit more intrigued by (and probably better than me)

My wife has her cs38-39 and sometimes comes and helps me on a saterday if im stuck but she gets vertigo stood on a milk crate so no chance of getting her up a tree!

very true!!!! i have taken 'me bird' up with me but she is petrified and i had to pull her up on a pulley system!!!!

With the weather being good i'm getting dragged out to take her up another tree!
