I'm with NFU and haved been for about 10 years. Iv'e a 100ft height restriction on my policy, but in's enough for me. It was 10m which I told them is no good. One year it came with an exclusion working near roads, which I told then was no good, It was removed. I will consider changing in the future as it seems that every year they put some thing in the policy that stresses my out. Have my chipper (trailer) insured with them for £100 pound a year which is a bargain. However, like Deans it's classified as a trailer. Agree, a bit dodgy.

NFU didn't even tell us when they added a height restriction to our policy. We would have just paid it without reading it as we'd been with them for 5 years. Luckily they had also increased the cost by about £800, and noticed it when comparing policies!! They did say they would change it but we found a cheaper policy from one of the arbtalk adds!

Just a quick note I am with trust and have been for years and don't have any problems with them BUT I was talking to one of there guys and if you make a claim for saws tools etc.. Make sure you have the receipts for them as they will not pay out. So I looked for mine and I can't find half of them I got the Saws about 4/5 years ago so out of the 9 saws and 3 climbing kits I could only claim for 4 saws and half of my climbing kit. Has anyone on here had trouble claiming for kit when they dont have a receipt?

I have never bought a new saw so have no receipts for them.
