Aukland is very cool town. Lots of culture too. Are you a Kiwi? I spent about 3 months on the south island picking apples and getting into trouble about 10 years ago. to get back on topic and avoid troll calling, how hot did it get in summer?

 

gets to about 30 degrees but its the sun thats a killer. burn time is around 5mins in summer and gets real humid, for this reason a lot of people only wear chaps instead of proper chainsaw trousers. trousers are only front protection. and im a brit by the way

we got snow last week,then the other day its was 18

 

I'm originally from Queensbury near Bradford, which ajoins Mountain village.

 

I used to have snow tyres on all year round because the amount of time we didn't get snow wasn,t worth taking the tyres off.

 

I can remember three double decker buses in a row buried under a snow drift outside my house.

 

The mountain boasted being the highest village in england and queensbury had the highest church spire above sea level
