Squats, deadlifts, work on your triceps. Knock the bench on the head for a while try active rest or just do something else for 2 weeks. Any who how much do you weigh?

And don't go down the supplement rout mate it's bullocks and for crazy fools!

I've done it all mate!

Tricep work is key I think. Love my dips, both high reps or with a weighted belt.

More cardio now the weather is good, so need to maintain the strength while losing a bit of fat.

Weight hovers around 12 1/2 stone at the mo.

Heavy tricep work is the key to a big bench if benching properly for strength then chest hardly comes in to it.strong lats and upper back are needed to support the weight. If can Tate press 150 pound dumbells then it equates to the ability to bench press over 400lb easily in most cases so nail those triceps dude haha

Let me have a look Steve. The unit I use is great for dips but wobbly for chins (use separate bar for them), I got it free in part-payment for a job. hotgym.co.uk

There are better dipping stations out there, I'm sure.

I was going to buy a very solid looking dip only station for around £150, but I'll have to find it later.

Me and owa youngen go to the gym and can't lift as much as some of the lads but we lift doing proper form! There's lads we train with lifting proper heavy weights 45 k dumbbells but they work for my mate and struggle to get rings on the van and my bro whos ten stone has to take big rings off them and chuck them on:) it's ok training in the gym but you need to do real life exercises
