cutting edge pruning saws

had mine for a couple for weeks now,,,

 

yup it's sharp,,,had a fight with it and now have a redesigned thumb,

 

anyway, has anyone else had trouble with the scabbard? mine doesn't seem to lock home properly sits proud about an inch and wants to fall out alot, hence the funky thumb

 

and no this is not a silky v cutting edge thread so don't even start...

 

the saw itself is blooming marvellous..

No problems though you do need to make the effort to ensure the saw clicks into place. I even bought the Francital version of a sawpod for it. It's great value.

Thinking about your 'inch' (er - professionally of course) it does stick a tad if your not inserting absolutely straight!

i assume the bottom of the scabbard hasnt been gunked up with sawdust ady?

 

 

seems to be blocked with something, but i've tried everything and can't get the blade in...

 

sawpod,,,, tried it,,, not so sure on that one,, although it is better than the belt..
