I've always alternated the cross over on the legs. Only because I've always done it. Any advantage to not doing that? Does it make a difference?

I come from the top of the wraps and then go inside all the way. Same as deanos picture.

Mine used to twist like a swine whichever way, Think it might have just been the rope, Then I got used to alternating the legs and just stuck with it!!

well i have went back to prussik and its great, i feel back at home with it, but i will still use the vt and spiderjack on little stuff.

Using a prussic when you can use a VT is like using a footpump when you have a compressor

 

That sounds like using a marital aid on the wife, instead of your knob mate!!
