If you look at the expressions on MaxJ's and Arbclimber's dogs faces, they seem appropriate for the conversation they are having - with a bit of imagination. Right I really must get some work done now:vroam:

Apologies that my response to yours was rather harsh. I did feel though, that you had deliberately taken one part of what I said, out of context, and decided to argue with it. Anyway, if everyone agreed all the time, threads like this would hardly get any views.

Just to throw a spanner in the works but NPTC have started offering various qualifications this year (Im not talking industry tickets here though) and I will be training and assessing my own candidates for the new NPTC quals

 

There is a current shake up of qualifications to bring them into line with the QCF which aims to make all quals standardised so they are (questionably) more understandable by employers. NPTC are now offering many different training courses - so NPTC training WILL exist very soon - in fact some of the new NPTC qualifications/training courses came out at the beginning of May
