hi all

 

after having a bambino a few weeks back i now need to get rid of my pickup.

 

i was after any sugestions for family friendly work truck, only thing is my budget is tight at 2k:thumbdown:

I recently got a Ford Maverick 2.7 TDi and have nothing but praise for it. Great carrying and towing, reasonable insurance and tax, bullet-proof Nissan engine (same one as they used in black cabs) and 30 mpg if you don't drive like a boy-racer. You should pick one of those up well within your budget :thumbup1:

terrano can be expensive to repair

Dad had one and was quoted £450 for a steering pump.

 

Not sure on other parts/cost

 

a nice shogun would be ideal wiz!!!
