the closest it got to the lines tensioned was probably 2ft....but obviously as soon as the weight was on the line it was well clear......had to get as close as possible otherwise the stuff would have just ended up in the drink

 

You could probably hoist the chipper off one of those LV cables them being so strong and also very well insulated, although I wouldn't recommend it, I worry a lot less when I am working anywhere near that type of cable.

Nice bit of speedlining there, also that double pantin thingy has opened a whole new world up to me... of to buy some bits tomorrow i think.

 

Also why didn't you use the silver tandem for speedlineing?
