A bit of a pointless article if you ask me. People buy what they like - nothing to do with anyone else. Do you drive the cheapest most environmentally friendly car possible??

I heard somewhere the other day (no it wasn't april fool's day :proud: ) that those stupid looking toyota hybrid electric thingys cause more pollution per vehicle just whilst they are being built than running a 4x4 everyday does. Something to do with the manufacturing processes for the special batteries.

Don't know how true it is but it'll do for me!

As far as the environment goes petrol and diesel is going to be used till it runs out no matter how fast or slow this happens.

So as a man with a family you choose to enjoy your decadant toys, as opposed to thinking of the future. I guess common sense just aint that common. Or maybe ecomomy and enviromental concerns arnt cool enough for you?

Erm.... my wife and kids don't exactly go without, and we have planned extensively for the future. But thanks for your concern:icon14:

Nothing to do with being cool - do you drive a 70mpg car?

looks nice mate and best of luck but Im really not getting spending 51 k on somthing that didnt make me money though...that would buy a fat mog chipper and timber trailer and you would still have change for a nice moter

I always buy what I need for work aswell:icon14: People spend what they can afford on a car - someone living on benefits would think its nuts to spend £2k on a car - do you? I doubt it. Each to their own.
