I have just been offered a place on the cs30/31 course at kingswood at the end of the month and was expecting to pay around £500 ish.

that's what's on their website so i thought ok?

I got their invoice and it seems that the course with assessment is £875! inc vat :scared:

Is this the normal price everyone charges?

I paid £535 for a trainee to do cs30/31 last October, that included the seperate assessment.

its gunna cost me £900 in tuition fees, and £650 in assesment fees for the following qualifications done over a 12week period.

NPTC CS30/31/38/39, Brushwood Chipper Operations, MEWP Operations and HSE First Aid at Work

Bite the bullet and pay....but make sure you pass if poss....Its the cocktail to success IMO....Clearly you can and must gain experience from those quals' onward but it is up to you to build on your resume. I have paid for most all my own qualifications...you will get nowhere waiting for your employer to get it together in general... good luck!
