Ground collapsed under the old Hi-lux, as there was a rabbit warren beneath the surface, and this crater revealed itself, but the old girl just pulled herself out! However, when it came to negotiating a very muddy ditch, it was the landy that came out on top, Hi-lux didnt have the clearance!

Here's mine under going a bit of a modification,Ive got to say that over in aus dual rear wheels run offroad a lot better than singles also can carry more weight,theres some pretty rugged country where i live and in some terrian a canter will do better than a landcruiser due to the wider wheel spreading the load,ive got a landcruiser with skinny wheels and at the first sight of deep sand or black soil it will go down,if the tyres are let down a bit its fine but ive yet to get bogged in the canter
