I just had a similar thing when I tried to get onto the website from google, a warning message came up saying pretty much the same as above and that i'd be accessing the site at my own risk.

go into tools, then options, then security, then untick the box saying block reported attack sites and it will let you in... if you want.... mine was doing that today so thats what i did.

if using firefox you must go into preferences, then securty settings and look for block reported attack sites, make sure there is NOT a tick in that box and you should find that sorts it out.

heres the deal. arbchat which is the domain that serves the ads on arbtalk has been infected with a virus. google has blacklisted arbtalk as a result. the ads have been disabled(for now till the problem is fixed) and arbtalk is now safe.....in the meantime however ive had to resubmit arbtalk to google for review...and i dont know how long that takes.
