Based down on the arse end of Somerset we are not exactly spoilt for choice when it comes to arborist supplies so most of it comes from the internet.

I predominantly used tree kit which and occasionally honeys. Well obviously tree kit has been amalgamated into honeys since sheril took over the reigns. Used to be free delivery, Iirc, now you pay, not a problem but it always takes bleddy ages. Ordered something Friday, in-stock apparently, and still not here. Same with the previous order.

Anyone else have the same issue or is it postcode discrimination or worse still a personal Vendetta that I am unaware of

Honeys and Gustharts are excellent, but I use Skyland whenever possible.

Great visibility of stock levels, and very often next day delivery.

I ordered 2 pairs of Pfanner ice grip gloves this afternoon after having cold hands this morning, and they will be here 9.30-12.30 tomorrow.

Surely that’s down to the courier and not the supplier?

No notification from honeys saying they have been dispatched.

Sometimes it amazes me how quick delivery can be. I once ordered two drums of chain oil from Clark forest, in Scotland, in the afternoon and the oil was on my door step at 10 the next morning. It was like someone had got my order amd driven it straight down to me in porlock.

I had the same incredible service from Clark Forest, and it’s long way all the way to Hastings with 50l of Supatack.
Chainsawbars are always spot on, Gustarts supplied my AUS pole set in good time, never used Skylands but only heard good things about them.
We do tend to just hear about bad service and gripes these days so it’s good to give the good ones a pat on the back. 👍

Quick 2 min phone call to them, 'whats happened to my order when am I getting it' would answer your questions and probably push it theough it it hasn't been sent out.
