I went to an All Tomorrow's Party Weekend at Pontins at Camber Sands a good few years back, curated by Belle and Sebastian, an incredible weekend of music, been to a few Northern Soul Weekenders at these places also. 
They are mostly dead after next week, with the infrastructure already in place it would make sense to cash in, still no evidence of this happening apart from hearsay.
