Well, yes. 2 busses turned up, shortly after 60 odd cleaners were wandering the site with hoovers. Seen it happen on most of the sites we've been to.

 

Outside of cleaning time residents mostly fitted the demographic of the local population.

Of course, might be that they were migrants housed on site who were very particular about cleanliness but I'll go for an explanation that fits what I saw better.
