Felling tongs?

Has anybody seen/used felling tongs as in this video?

Anybody know where to get some and the pole or is it a case of modifying some timber tongs from Chris Forestry for example?

Used one in the past, it was an adapted hand tongs, with one of the pivot rivets removed an replaced with a long bolt. The bolt allowed pivot to move but would let tongs sit on top of some saw poles to let you carry/ balance it to place onto tree. It was a bit rough and ready but worked well on the occasions we used it.

Don't know the costs involved for that specific pole, but it's possible you could cobble something together quite easily out of a clipstick intended for sport climbing.
