As Woody has pointed out though, you then need to make separate runs to tip chip.

This works on some jobs, but is a PITA on others depending on logistics.

That is exactly what I am on about, and then when needed another truck with tipper trailer can be used to clear timber or chips away as well.

This is something I’ve been thinking of doing with my older TW230.

)partly because torsion axle and brakes are knackered.)

Had a few jobs this year where would be handy to lift  chipper over wall with tractor crane . Often, on building sites, end up with teleporter carrying chipper in.

A fair few situations where a compact chipper on a skid would be handy and could fit on grain trailer along with mini digger.

Just musing Paul, but would a simpler solution not be just to get a 16’ plant trailer?

You could use the loader to push or pull a wheeled 125 or 160 onto the trailer and carry both together.

Could do, but have you tried turning a landy 130 and 16ft trailer around.

I also like a project and have a couple of other ideas on fitting mounted chipper to things.

if there is no restriction on height on the trailer it would be feasible (although not necessarily plausible to drive the loader on top of the chipper on ramps like on a car transporter

I like a challenge but not that much.
