You do know who Vince Cable is don’t you?

Are you saying he did a great job considering his extensive business background?

If so, I think that incessant buzzing from those powerlines is finally getting to you.

Yeah I know who he is. I never said anything about him.
That’s a bit low about the lines eh. David vs Goliath just like the post office shit you mentioned.

Calm down 42 there’s no ranting, has she ever ran or built up a business or employed people?
Trump on the other hand.

I know I shouldn't, my words appear to annoy you but you are an angry man, many peoples words annoy you. Just wondering why you are holding the rapist, voyeur (didn't he run the junior miss world contests too?), sex abuser, and besties with several who are linked to sex trafficking, why do you hold him up as a shining beacon to humanity? The only one of his mates who doesn't have a sex scandal attached is Musk, that I know about.

I'm confused again, is building up and running a successful business a pre-requisite for being in Government or a cabinet minister? In which case you'd be extremely lucky to find enough politicians to fill the cabinet positions.

You must be confused a lot as you answer bugger all, military service 😂

We are both retired, and don't own enough ground or property to be affected by thriving Reeves budget, as it stands, and anyway we will soon* be signing what we have over to our children, hopefully well before we die, and then paying them rent to still live here.

But LFC!

I hate loathe and detest Labour and all they stand for.

Deceitful lying grasping barstewarts that they are.

The party of envy greed and spite.

* had to wait and see how they got sorted with spouses, it was not looking good for a while there, but fingers crossed. .  .  .

Good move. Most farmers will surely be doing the same. Clarkson was talking last night about putting his estate in trust for his daughter, she will pay sod all IHT if he sees another 7 years out.
So for now farmers can all go back to being as poor and face the same hardships as they were before Labour got in. 👍

Ahh, classic JohnsonD! Does not like the comment, move on to feeble attempts at insults, hope no one notices.

I noted, I also noted admiration to the rapist in chief, brings him out as a shining example, even when talking UK politics.

There’s no insult SP I’m just asking you about your military service/expertise. I’m not hiding it ffs I’ve asked you several times now.
Just pointing out how many people a genuine businessman employs. I did read his convictions may well be found to be unsound 🤔. Anyway I digress “

military service”

I am reckoning the same, farmers are well known for never retiring, estates pass on at death / retirement, perhaps they will start some succession planning.

Reason for farmers dying in harness, is, or was that when the farm was Inherited on the death of the previous owner, the CGT value was reset. Simple as that. If it is handed over via the 7 year rule, that reset does not apply.
