Help with saw.

Reference the pallets, I like to cut the long flat pieces off the blocks of wood so I can save the lengths as it's good useful timber. I have tried a pry bar in the past but it tends to split the wood. Don't have a sawsall unfortunately but I'm trying to do it away from the electricity (hence no black and decker)

Google for a pallet wrecking bar/pallet buster. It's like a double crow bar.

Right, reciprocating if you have a battery drill buy something compatible I'm sure Makita do one as well.

Regarding the chainsaw, it looks awful.

Without also sounding like the safety police, what safety gear have you got?.

If you are set on a saw, check out Lidl or Aldi, cheap battery saw, couple of spare batteries no problem.

If you are still set on a petrol chain saw for pallets, go Stihl MS170, it is all you will need if you want a brand name, else check out lidl or Aldi again, less than the £100 plus you will be getting brand new and a warranty.

Else keep talking, you remind me of someone, the name will come back to me shortly

In that gruff movie trailer voice.

Coming to an A&E near you, where there was once two legs, you get the idea.

A pair of stout boots and a motorcycle helmet was recommended earlier? What would you suggest?
