Wondering how you use them - the outside corners seem like they've seen some action but holes not really worn, are you using them srt or drt? Also I wonder if these are the bush or bearing type?

 

My hitchclimber pulley on drt will probably be scrapped on hole wear first.

I would probably fail this under a loler examination and put it down to the rivets loosening. So I wouldn't use it, but I haven't seen it in front of me. Hard to say from a video

Surely this why you inspect equipment? The pulley has failed, why looks like it’s had a side load, throw it away and buy better quality or inspect more frequently
