North Wales. Chances are slim. I've bought a 62cc 20" bar hyundai for pretty cheap. I'll give it a go with that this weekend.

It's great firewood, just make sure your saw is sharp and split it soon. If you leave it then it hardens into the same stuff chopping boards are made of.

Ahhh....pity. Right at the other end of the country for me.  Good luck though.

Is it worth it..... depends on your time, but if it will mean you pay less for fuel and wouldn't be doing much anyway then probably, or if you gave up say a gym membership to do that work out instead.

 

Looks like commercially once dried you'd have to spend a fair bit to get the same quantity delivered.
