Entec ch25 chipper

Hi just wondering if someone can help me out I’m a young lad who as decided to branch out by myself I have just laid all my savings in to a tipper and a Entec wood chipper ch25 1997 I no it’s old but it’s all that I could afford it’s started to leak oil from the hydraulic lever just seeing if someone could offer me some advice and if it’s a big job to fix many Wes IMG_2200.thumb.jpeg.3041ae87468c5d8bc01972667f25d0f7.jpeg

Piece of cake mate. Unscrew the cap and replace the o ring inside. If you mess it up, just buy a complete new unit for a few quid.

 

If you go new you will need to ID the pipe sizes. 19mm spanner is 1/4" bsp, 22mm is 3/8" and 27mm is 1/2". Those look BSP to me. What does the spool valve control? This might nto be the right valve but it gives you an idea.

If you’re struggling remove the valve block leaving a rubber glove over the pipes and take it to your local hydraulic shop or agri shop 

“It’s leaking from here, can I have a new seal please?” Will be a couple of quid or not masses fitted. Our local place would sort that to collect the next morning. 
If you cant manage to remove it take the whole machine in will cost an extra little and they will remove change the seal d refit.

They will also tell you if it repairable, were as you will not have a clue.
