Think Steve could be right....

I thought I had a bad cold on Monday night, tested Wednesday and it is COVID. Think it came home from college with my youngest, whose friend had a cold - of course they hadn't tested so weren't worried.

Haven’t been overly ill with it, aside from muscle aches from the constant coughing

Me neither, I've still been walking the dog although slower and flatter walks. On the other hand Mrs M has been too ill to spend much time downstairs.

Deffo something about, I've been under the weather for about 4 weeks, although I do have underlying health conditions. I feel very lethargic, coughing and spluttering with shortness of breathe, but keeping to my routine with house and dogs keeps me on my toes.

The most important thing to me and I would suggest to others is to keep on top of your mental wellbeing, bareing in mind that we are coming up to a time that isn't necessarily the best for all of us.
