Thanks to everyone for their support. I did it for myself, people who have been screwed in the past and to let potential future employees see what the company management are like. I will be publishing a book which should be available at the arb show.

If any of you are members of the Arb Assoc. I could do with a hand regarding a proposal; There is more to being an Approved Contractor than the quality of the treework. the company must act within the law.

Sort of guessed that Dave, the lack of details throughout the thread made it hard to see what was actually going on.
