Big moon indeed!

Saw boar yesterday morning on the dog walk, then a fox this morning, Igor caught the scent and showed a bit of interest.

Knees sore atm, needed ibuprofen to get a good nights sleep.

Otherwise all good, finish up a job today, work slow but steady.

Hi Mick . I take a Co-codamol and an Ibuprofen plus an anti cramp tablet every night . If I don't its no sleep at all as apposed to some sleep .

Co codamol is too strong for me, and moré importantly it interfères with my natural functions, which makes preparing for work difficult.
