Morning all . After a piss poor nights kip ( mosquito , cats fighting , dog going through the dog flap to investigate etc etc )  it is a beautiful day with wall to wall blue sky so far .

Back sore but still in place after a cedar dismantle yesterday (not epic, more middling)

Bit of grinding today, then collecting a mate over from the uk who’s over picking up his kids from his ex. 
Weather warm but bearable.
