Doing a 200km cycle, Minehead down to teignmouth and back. Left at 4am, 2c° couldn't feel my hands, very uncomfortable, stopped in a garage for coffee. Profusely sweating while the hands are slowly coming back and then I will carry on my way. Got to be back in time to pick the kids up from school!😬

Feeling a bit tired this morning, wife was up at 5 in prep for a walk, meeting her friend at 6am, and my youngest decided that would be a good time to wake up 🫩

Got a kid round for a playdate one of ours is of mountain biking then this afternoon off to the rugby club for a fundraiser and to watch the game.
