Good Morning

A day on the splitter beckons.

As long as it's overcast I'll not get too crispy.

Have fun.

Good morning, haven’t woken up fresh at this time in years!  Cracking morning here, winds dropped and blue skys.  The local rookery woke me up and I started  Lego technics skidder yersterday  so maybe that’s motivated me to get up !

Morning all.

No grumbles here this morning, good day yesterday and a great sleep last night, what more can you ask.

The grapple saw went well, prayers answered and no hydraulic hoses burst which was nice. Starting to get the feel for it but at this point I'm painfully slow compared to Tom. One thing I learned is to pay more heed to the wind when felling with it, I think being in a cab as opposed to hand felling led me to be far less aware and it caught me out more than once. Enjoyable day though.

Have a good one folks.

Nice 1 Doug , don’t compare yourself to Tom mate, he’s a very unique guy, the brains of a rocket scientist with the physical abilities of an astronaut!  You’ll be clunky at first and then only when you get some horrible stuff to do you will get your flow.  And as long as you have a few spare hoses and some spanner’s, usually 22mm or 24mm and a big shifter  bursting a hose isn’t too dramatic.  😂😎

Morning all,

Lazyish day today, 25 degrees forecast, with 30 degrees tomorrow. I’ve moved jobs around to avoid chainsaw trousers tomorrow.

Happy Sunday

Morning All,  sorry I'm late, slept badly with some dreaming of being chased but Singh Indians after watching a quiet nasty real life murder thing involving Punjabi Indians in Shrewsbury after a brawl in Derby!

Glue, Tear, Errs, Maxims.
