Early away yesterday to collect a trailer load of ash. Then a lovely lunch with wife and good fiends.

 

Back to it now...woken early by Mr Fox chasing chickens.

Scared him off and now back to Hammersmith. 

 

Can't wait for the weekend.

Up and still really thought about the next week off other than passport and credit card, she did tell me to pack 10kg only but I ain't got a bag that small! 

 

At home today to play catch up with emails n stuff!

First stop is to buy some more sun cream. Then minor conifer and hedge trim before it gets to full heat.

Morning, managed to sleep till after 8am this morning, like most I bet in here that is a rare thing.  Drove back up the rd yesterday in 24 degrees of sunshine, it was great to feel the warmth.  Lazy day here, breakfast, grass cutting, dentist then a wee Maccy D trip to Inverness with my good lady, she’s due a spoiling!

Ah sleep - that ever impossible dream!  I have lived on 4-5 hours of it most of my life unfortunately. But recently much better (that won't last) and I slept till just after 8 this morning after a midnight start; 7 full hours of it. I feel ready to take on the world!!!

Well done Stevie - keep up the good sleep; we all need more than we get.
