After two days of baking my bean I've got the day off and mercifully it's cooler.

 

Global IT crisis in the mix and I'm glad I'm out of it.

 

Quiet day re-stacking some logs and a nice evening out with Mrs planned.

What a humid day yesterday was, lot of rain and some thunder later in the day too. Outlook better today at least.

 

Wasn't much going on yesterday and I ended up reading back over this thread from the beginning. What a good natured, friendly and positive place it is!

In that spirit all the best to contributors past and present.

I was given these lovely mid-grade plywood pallets from a nearby solar panel install, today they are being upcycled into a loft floor. Cheaper than 200-odd euro for 18mm OSB, and should give a nicer finish.

Looks nice out from here, Dawn chorus of noisy sparrows woke my but a serious attempt had me back to sleep. She just got the tea up!

Lazy day with family home. Four have gone off to do a 5 mile run (crazy people), while I get brunch sorted.
