Then you all moan about it because your private information is sold on and the kit you sent in for repair is missing.

I got a full refund from PayPal.

If you paid through PayPal just go through their resolution centre, upload a screenshot of the invoices, link to FR Jones site, and state that they're in administration. They'll get 20 days to respond and you'll get paid the day after that window expires.
