Did you find out or was you joking haha. Also will it be hard to get small spare parts for it as some bits have been bodged on it like the choke

Sorry, just right busy at the moment and not been home for a few days, will look tonight! I would think that most parts or substitute parts are out there!

Okay got a price for the spraying etc of the machine think me and a mate between us are going to do it close to £1000 by the times it’s been stripped down

Bloody hell.... not worth it in my eyes then. No offence and old 2k machine then 1k to paint then > 500 quid for maybe other bits makes an expensive old machine. Doubt you see your money back.

Make sure it runs right and use it to earn brass..... if happy you can always paint it yourself. Had plenty of good finishes with a roller and brush over the years 👍

Think I’m going to go down the route of doing it myself to be honest just seems to pricey I don’t want a perfect job just appealing to the eye from a distance haha

One thing I have always wanted is a small samd blast kit but have always had to settle for angle grinder and wire wheel. Still makes a good job.

The finish is in the prep and make sure you wipe all surfaces down with panel wipe etc before painting
