First Aid + Forestry 3-day course South

Hello! Anyone know of course providers for first aid + forestry (3 day course) around south of England or Wales - such as Cardiff, Bristol, Portsmouth, Basingstoke?

Is there reason for a 3 day course ? Doing my 5th one on 15th April and all have been one day courses, first one was £50 back in 2010 the one in 2 wk is £110 per head,

Probably the BEST First Aid + F trainer by miles that I have come across and would highly recommend is Danny Ball from MediArb.

He regularly runs courses in Mida Wales, Midlands, and at Honey Bros (Poss TreeKit as Well now they are one company)

Agree with that, did mine in January. Great course. He's very enthusiastic and knowledgeable with his background. Great bloke on and off the job! I usually hate doing first aid courses, but Dan makes it enjoyable and entertaining whilst still delivering an informative and in depth course. His trauma kits are also very good aswell 👌

I did a one day course with mediarb before Christmas and it was brilliant, couldn't recommend it enough. If there's enough people wanting to do a course he'll come to your yard and run the course from there

We recently did EFAW + F which was 2 days, in reality 1.5 days plus a test session on second afternoon that was short.

 

I was told by someone else there is also a FAW + F that is a 3 day and includes some more stuff like burns and minor injuries (so not just emergency response).

We run the EFAW+F course reguarly in Landbased Training at Berkshire College of Agriculture.

Wise move, Dan / MediArb run the best course I have done by far… Make sure they all do the practicals for critical bleed, because when you have to deal with a real situation it is very different from doing just theory… On the Practicals they have to get their hand in and dirty.. Makes a big difference. 
I see some people shying away from a practical on a dummy and think, Glad you not on my team.
