need help identifying and finding this part

The Intenz bar has its own built in adjuster, it was sold as the bar that can fit any saw, just Google it, it was never very popular but did have its uses.

Totally agree. I was given this saw without battery or charger which I purchased. Saw was a great little back up for a while until this happened. One of the raised pieces has sheared off. These raised profiles link into a scroll which clamps down onto the bar. It's annoying because it's such a small part, I just can't  see how I can repair it, and without it the saw is useless 😩

Not sure how much help that will be. We get a load of the 'supermarket' cheapie chainsaws in for repair, and people think we are being awkward when we can tell them what's wrong with them, but we can't source parts to repair them, but there will still be a charge for us to look at it, so we would rather not touch them in the first place.

 

Would be better off in the long run buying a spares or repair one of them on ebay and keeping it as a long term source of parts.

Is that part steel or Ali? It could be possible to build the lug up with weld and grind it back if you have the kit to do so, I doubt it would be viable to pay someone to do it tho.  
 

or adw did have a poss solution for you but it’s not something I’m familiar with.

Think theres four ejector pin marks, looks like a pressure die casting to me so zinc or ally alloy. Soft as anything.

 

I reckon if you knew someone retired into model making you could slot where the teeth are and machine up a bit of brass that sits in the slot behind and has teeth coming up.

 

Never going to pay to do it, buy a MS181 instead.

That was my thought if it is steel or. if the clamping is tight enough, do away with the tightening system and tension it by hand, then clamp.

I think it may be ally bit i'll check later on. I have a mate who's a bit of a welder, I'll ask him

Update, I have a German insider who has ordered it from the site that Lidl direct you to. I could see nothing but batteries and chargers on when I looked. The site is kompernass.com
