Hiya

we have a large oak tree that has come down in a storm.
we are based in surrey, i am waiting for a quote for a tree surgeon to come back to me with a quote to remove it but i wondered, if this was the kind of thing anybody would want to come and clear for free in exchange for the wood?
i have read online there are mill companies that do this but wasnt sure? Any info would be great.
thanks so much

Lot of mess there, also a lot of weight and potential for injury. Once you've had it cut up you can probably sell the wood on FB marketplace but don't expect it to cover cost of cutting and clearing.
