My guy got back to me. It uses more fuel for sure.

The 500i is an awesome saw. Ported it’s just an animal. So as I said it depends what you want. Next one I do I’ll do a comparison vid stock vs ported.

Wonder how loud it is compared to a 572. I do like my 572 but damn is it noisy. Significantly louder than my other saws.
