stud extractors are £7 for a set of 5 on ebay they have a left hand thread so cut into the sides of the hole youve drilled as you turn it and undo the bolt

if you need it soon g&m tools in horsham sell them

tree surgeon rule book, page 44 rule 67c states ' the right tool for the job should NEVER be used in any circumstances as it does not coz sifficient rage and scraped knuckles and there is a good chance of NOT causing any further damage to the problem in hand'

sorry mate, you are going to have to rig up the dremmel, large hammer and felling lever and pull an all nighter:thumbup1::001_tongue::lol:

A little trick I use is to get a nut, put it ontop of the worn head and weld through the hole in the nut to the old bolt.

In effect you are welding a new head onto the old bolt.

Failing that just put some heat directly onto the bolt and tap it round with a hammer and chisel.

Failing that just get a drill and drill right through, apply some heat through the middle to get to the threads and again tap it round or stud extract it

Or drill a hole right through the correct size to leave the thread and a little more behind then send a tap through

Or just weld an old allen key the the stud head
