Hi Gajendra

I’m having the same issue with Sutton council although they’re saying £800 for a test dig?? Did you have to pay £650 x2 as two trees? We just have the one tree and it’s actually between our neighbours and their neighbour! But the RPA falls in front of our house. Trying everything in my power not to pay this money especially when I’m very certain that like in your case there will be no roots there!

Hi, both of these trees were not in-front of our driveway and because we wanted the driveway so we had to pay and it was £650 each.
