That is a fact. The standard wheels are nice but definitely need pushing out a bit.
Mine is on slightly oversized Bfg all terrains (285 I think).

What tyre size is it mate? I want to keep the original wheels and just put some AT’s on, with some spacers as well..

What is the colour on that @monkeybusiness

Looks pretty smart, is it graphite or is it a wrap?

cheers.

Standard colour - I think it’s called Tekuma (or Decuma) grey possibly?

I still need to powder coat the gypsy-chrome roll bar (that I didn’t even order, the dealer added it due to a cock-up at their end).

285 60 R18 - they go straight on with no rubbing (even though I was told they wouldn’t fit by a couple of tyre places). I don’t think you could go any bigger without mods.

Do you think you could fit some spacers on with that tyre size?? Big aren’t they! Thanks mate

I plan to, yes. Spacers should actually help the fitment as the tyres are currently closest to suspension arms (not touching though!).

Saying that - I’ve just had a look and spacers will mean that the tyres will extend a bit beyond the mudflaps (which would inevitably lead to a dirty truck even more quickly!).

I get you, thanks mate I appreciate it, been holding off buying some tyres just because of the fitment issues, definitely getting some sorted now!

Looks unbelievable that mate! I don’t think the dirty truck would bother me to be fair, I’ll clean it everyday if it means it looking badass haha!

Any issue getting hold of BFGs in that size? I was told there is a long backlog? They look great…the originals look too small and dont fill the arches.

What sort of lift do they give? Does it affect the warranty if u fit larger than specified tyres?
