What type of oak is this?

I am trying to find out which oak it is as there are various different options in the LABC foundation calculator and we are looking to build an extension 7m away from this tree (pic taken from my neighbours garden)

Basically only a wild guess could be made without a closeup of the leaves and bark

I think same tree different days can’t identify without a picture of leaves might be possible from twigs and buds

First pic taken from one garden second pic taken from the other . Look at the house in the background with the dormer extension . Also fist pic in spring/summer second winter .  Pent roof shed gone inbetween shots .
