The tastiest one I've had was barracuda. I've only had it once, barbecued in leaves on an island near Thailand. It was lush.
In terms of visual appeal it has to be the cuttlefish, which isn't really a fish, despite its fishy name.

I've heard that time slows down with age. Can you confirm or deny this?

I rather like pirarucu. Only had it once, in Tabatinga just over a year ago. How times have changed.
