Thought multico was British till the owner moved to France and doing spares from France?

So do I take it spares are still available then? Must admit that's always at the back of my mind with regard to older machines.

I'm not certain if there is full range of spares or not there are definitely some but to be fair there isn't much on them that can't be remade by a half competent engineer!

Fair enough. Good to know.

I dont think you need to be fretting about spares. From my experience of 25 years as a furniture maker I never needed any spares beyond a bearing or a switch on any major kit. Thats planers, bandsaws, Circular saws, moriticers etc. My current bandsaw was made in the 40s!

Admittedly its not my money at stake here but quality kit doesn't just break as its so over build in the first place. Bearings, motors and switches can fail but should be easily retro fitted.
