Who’d have thought it; it seems to be literally impossible to give something away during Covid.

My house move happens this week and I’ve got a 3 seater leather sofa that is surplus to requirements, but no-one will take it. It’s used but solid, no rips or tears, a few minor scuffs and marks to add character!!

Feels so wrong given that there must be people who could use it, e.g. if being rehoused, or even just for a man-cave, that if no-one wants it I will end up taking it for landfill.

I’ve even offered to deliver it in the central Warwickshire area whilst I’ve got the hire van this week!!

Have you tried British Heart Foundation or the like? Maybe it depends on area but they do furniture round us.

All shops shut... so not taking donations of furniture owing to storage space.
