The e19 was great, it pushed the trailer full of materials up a very steep and narrow drive you could barely get a car up. Slung the posts and boards off then pulled out and stacked the old sleepers for the neighbour. Pulled out the old fence too including some big balls of concrete.  Materials in and site clear in two hours with three of us, it made my day.

Why get an auger ? A rabbit ( a long thin spade )  spoons and a bar are the things you need . Travis are expensive try your local independent builders merchant . Price wise it’s up to you ! Remember to need to dispose of old fence!

The reasoning behind the auger is to hopefully speed jobs up. 90% of the time i work alone so an auger to speed up fencing jobs might mean a 3 day job turns into a 2 day job. Which allows my business to get more jobs done.. I have a drainage shovel and a wrecking bar i currently use and it has done me well but i am sure there is a more efficient way of doing things for me personally.
