Router bits

I know, I should of asked before I bought them 😅

But have bought a Trend box of them new, 12 pieces I think or £26 or there abouts.

I've also bought a trim router as well, £40 hopefully can't go to wrong for the money 🤷‍♂️

Mostly poking about making a knife board for the boss, and may make a new chopping board for her as well...

At least I'll have something half reasonable to look at if my head gets on it 😅

Wealden

Wide range of router cutters which offer great value for a quality product. Many unique and specialist products. Help pages with routing hints and tips.

Titman

TITMAN.CO.UK

British made router cutters, quality industrial tooling and router tool bits for the professional, available to order online. Titman is proud to be a world-renowned brand at the forefront of cutting technology.

Trend have three ranges: Craft Pro (cheapest), Trade (mid range) and Professional. Wealden's are at least as good as Trend Trade, if not better. Titman are top notch but expensive.

Trend brought out the first cordless impact gun in the uk under the snappy brand and i bought that 12v-  tool bag and driver set 20 years ago and still use the bag and bit holder/driver set. Quality is excellent

I’d agree with the Wealden stuff being top notch, use one of the cutters  to flatten Elm/Oak slabs, in a different league to most of what you find in screwfix or B&Q type places.

I bought the same after you suggested them. I'll get the bit with the removable cutter next. Not sure when I'll be back out flattening boards though.

Ive got the Makita trim router, nice bit of kit.
