There's quite a few brands selling oregon look a like combi cans.

 

So regarding Husqvarna's spouts, is it just the o-ring that doesn't allow it to close properly?

Basically will replacing the o-ring make it shut properly again?

Probably the inner o-ring swells, making it stick open.  Not sure if you can get the spouts open to replace it without damaging them though. Probably just needs a viton o-ring or something.

Normally the clips are brittle.

New they come apart pretty easily
